Returns and exchanges

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement to qualify for a full refund.

  • If canceled after that timeframe, we will process a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are not eligible for a full refund once we have started on your order.

  • Custom orders that are canceled after we have started will not be refunded more than 50% due to the time and materials already used

Final Sale Policy:

  • All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:

  • In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us promptly.

  • Return the damaged item, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable to ensure the uniqueness and personalization of each crafted item.
