We will respond within 24 hrs to discuss your design so please check your messages/email. Your game will be completely hand-painted and might take the full 4 weeks to complete. Your quick response to our questions for clarification is necessary for us to make your beautiful, custom game board.
The design process can take up to 3 days of back-and-forth communication. Design ideas will be discussed and clarified in this process. We do not provide a complete mock-up but will provide sketches and sample ideas to make sure we are on the same page as far as design. If a cancellation is required after work has been started, only a 50% refund will be given due to the work already put in on your project. If you would like updates during the creation period, let us know and we will happily update as we get the chance.
